Oh La La Salon & Spa is found by Wessam T. Refat, known to everyone as Wes. The salon's name comes from the founder's love for the French culture. Wes was born and raised in Egypt. After being here for some years, he went to school to formally become a hair stylist. While still in school, Wes was recruited by LaBelle Day Spa and Maiden Lane Salon and Spa-- Some of the most upscale day spa and salons in Northern California. After working with the best for a while, Wes decided it was time to follow his ultimate dream: to open his own first salon, to enhance the beauty of all women.
